Qualifying:
Qualifying will take place as a 2 day period in which drivers will submit videos of themselves qualifying for a certain race. The qualifying period will begin at 12:01am (eastern Canadian time) on Wednesday and finish at 11:59pm on Thursday. A driver can submit as many videos as they like as long as it's in the qualifying period.
For a lap to count, a driver must use the car that they signed up with for the season and they must be driving on the correct circuit configuration that the race takes place on. It must also be a clean lap. "Dirty laps" will be forced to start from the back of the grid.
When a driver submits a qualifying video to Gamertag: clementelithe or Pipen629 they must also send a message specifying what lap your qualifying lap took place on.
After the qualifying period is over, so on Saturday, the qualifying results and the starting grid for the race will be published onto the website with the race to follow on Sunday.

Power Restrictions:
If a driver claims class pole by more than 1 second over the driver who qualified second, then the driver on pole will receive a 5% power restriction for the race. In the unlikely circumstance that a driver were to claim class pole positions by more than 2 seconds, they would be given a 10% power restriction for the race.
The reason we enforce this rule is to make sure that not one driver is so dominant in the race over the competition.
If a driver is hit with a power restriction, it will not carry over to the next race.
